What We Deliver
Seal-coating is the single most important thing you can do to protect your asphalt investment. It blocks UV damage, repels water, resists oil and gas, and restores that deep black finish. A-1 Asphalt Paving uses premium commercial-grade sealants — coal tar or asphalt-emulsion — applied with spray and squeegee for uniform coverage on driveways and parking lots across NJ.

Our Process
Every seal-coating project at A-1 Asphalt Paving follows a proven sequence we've refined over 30+ years in the field.
Clean & Prep
Power-blow, power-wash if needed, and treat oil spots so the sealer bonds properly.
Crack Fill
All cracks over 1/4" are hot-pour filled before sealing.
Seal Application
Two coats of commercial sealant, applied with spray and squeegee for even coverage.
Cure
Pavement is off-limits for 24 hours. Ready for full traffic the next day.
