Surface Prep
Power-cleaning, crack filling, and tack coat application to bond the new asphalt to the old surface.
Overlay & Compaction
Fresh hot-mix asphalt is laid with pavers and compacted in multiple roller passes for a dense, long-lasting finish.
Finish & Cure
Edges are hand-dressed, transitions are tapered, and the lot is ready for traffic in 24–48 hours.
